Kathryn Bigelow's Detroit wasn't just a movie, it was an experience, dropping audiences into the middle of a harrowing story of police brutality set amidst the 1967 Detroit uprising. We partnered with Pandora to create and curate a playlist and experience called “Detroit ‘67.” Our playlist included Motown classics with animated photography clips, interview footage, and live radio breaks from the actual riots themselves. The playlist transports the listener back in time and gives a deeper context to the events of the film.
